Wine & Dine Escape - May 10-12
Escape to Paonia and stay at the lovely Bross Hotel! Weekend includes a welcome reception at the Bross Hotel with wine & hors d'oeuvres, 2 night's stay with breakfast, a case of Stone Cottage Cellars wines, winery tasting seminar, orchard & vineyard tours and a Saturday wine-food pairing dinner at Salt Pollen. Limited to 10 couples.
West Elks AVA Signature Events
The Wineries of the West Elks AVA host 2 significant annual events: North Fork Uncorked and the West Elks Wine Trail.
North Fork Uncorked features tasting the wineries' new releases during Father's Day weekend in June.
The premiere West Elks Wine Trail event features pairing the best of Colorado wine with the best of Colorado cuisine.
